Gran Canyon

Well you have seen nothing of the US if you did not see Gran Canyon. I tried to reserve a room in the Hacenda down in the valley, but if you want to get anything you have to reserve nearly 12 month ahead. The we asked if we could get an camping place. We were lucky. During high noon, worst time to start we went down into the Canyon. You are beeing told to take at least 4 liter of water per person. Thatīs what we did and we needed every single drop. Arriving at the bottom unbelivable and beautifull. We camed there put everything including the tothbrush in the bear save and got up at five a clock to take a different way up again. This was a bit painfull, because Anne-France could not walk have way through as her legs were absolutely sore from going down.

From that view it is still one hour to go, but already 3 hours steadyly downwards. You can already see the Colorado river. The brown something.
And it is really big!!
This is not Grand Canyon. It is the Mirrow Lake on the way to Yosimety National Park.
